After scheduling an appointment, you will receive an email from Hoboken Smile Specialists Patient Portal. Within the body of the email, you will be able to click on the option “Log Me In.”

Sign up.

Next you will be asked to verify your identity. Enter YOUR BIRTHDATE (NOT CHILD) and zip code. Create a password that is at least 8 characters long, containing 1 capitalized letter, a number and a special character.

Log in.

Access any time via the link below or by typing: hobokensmilespecialistspedo.curveconnex.com into your browser. We recommend you use Chrome. Your account will be locked after 3 tries. To unlock account, you will need to reset password from ‘forgot password’ page on the login screen.
